By accessing or using Hayq Travel services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Hayq Travel provides travel planning, tour booking, and transfer services in Armenia. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.
3. Bookings & Payments
All bookings are subject to availability. Payment must be completed in full to confirm a reservation. Prices are displayed in your selected currency and may be subject to change until booking is confirmed.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation policies vary by tour and service. Please review the specific cancellation terms for each booking before confirming. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–14 business days.
5. Limitation of Liability
Hayq Travel is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking in question.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Yerevan, Armenia.
